The course will be led by two U. S. based Old Testament professors and a professor from Jerusalem University College. JUC is located on Mt. Zion overlooking the Hinnom Valley. Some course work will be at JUC, but the majority will be in the field at the various locations around Israel.
Obviously this will be an exciting and great learning experience. My principle objective is learn more about Israel that will help me in my bible study and teaching.
My plan is to post a blog each day with pictures and a short narrative on the day's activities. I hope to keep it interesting and informative - we will see!
BTW - the picture at the top is of Wendy and me at her retirement reception last month. I always look better standing next to a pretty woman.
